Brad founded the Hewett & Diamaduros law firm after working with a prominent litigation firm for more than 17 years. Brad’s primary practice involves representing clients throughout South Carolina in cases for insurance bad faith, serious personal injury, automobile collisions, construction defects, premises liability, nursing home negligence, and product liability claims. Brad also defends professionals before the South Carolina Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation. Brad has worked to secure verdicts and settlements totaling more than $50,000,000.00.
